Buddha’s Four Blessings

Event date: April 18, 2010

Compassion – Love – Joy – Equanimity

Wouldn’t we all want more of these in our lives! The Buddhists teach that these are attainable here, and now. But you have to know what you are aiming for. The Buddhists define these four words in a fundamentally different way than we usually do. And yet, when we move toward their definition, we achieve happiness, joy and fulfillment in untold measure.

This Sunday, we’ll look at the Buddha’s approach, consider the obstacles in our path and how we can be successful. The Joyful Harmony Band will have songs that fit the topic, we’ll have time for discussion, some meditative time, plus time for refreshments and socializing.

Come and experience a different approach to Love, Joy, Compassion and Equanimity. So join us for our Celebration of what is good in us, Sunday at 11:00, enjoy some delicious food, and, if you like, stay for the Health Circle.
