Yoga Blocks to Build On
Learn a few poses each class, focusing on form, flow, breath, and mindful movement. Let’s explore yoga’s foundations including asana, mantra, mudra, pranayama, and philosophy. We’ll build an awesome yoga base!
Bring a mat, bolster (or small pillow), strap, and blocks if you have them. We have a limited number of mats and props to borrow during class.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in and visit.
