Movies That Matter – The best movies to see and discuss

It’s fine to watch movies on your own, but watching movies with other people is great.
Watching with a group means you experience the movie and react together. When you laugh, gasp, maybe even cry, it’s a shared experience that’s difficult to find elsewhere. You can discuss the film and give your opinions.
We love gathering friends and family for the Movies That Matter series. We showcase Oscar-nominated, independent, and fan-favorite movies.
We serve snacks, popcorn, and dessert. Afterward, we’ll have a lively discussion about the film.
We do this on the first and third Sunday afternoons at the Harmony Center in Sequim.
We announce the movies a few weeks in advance so you have time to RSVP and plan.
